We came here several times around lunar new year. The quality in general kept the same level but also not improve.

Everything is good. Welcome drink is nice. Staff are so friendly, can speak English and Chinese too. Assist my kids to the room while im away. Even help elderly who only can speak Chinese to check in hotel smoothly. Swimming pool staffs are so friendly and take really good care of everyone who enter. Buffet breakfast really nice, a lot of varieties.

The breakfast is comfortable and good enough. However the arrangement of tools/ spoon/fork... should be arranged in more convenience for the client. The knives which is useful for foreigner are not available in breakfast.

Visited 4 times now as it's a great retreat from Saigon. Cooler, quieter and less polluted. As soon as we arrive my partner and I just feel so much more relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and attentive staff. Everything is immaculately kept. High standards are consistently maintained.

As a regular visitor to Vinpearl Tay Ninh before the Melia merger, I was pleased to see that the high standards have been maintained. There is nothing close to this quality in Tay Ninh, yet the price is reasonable.

The costume service was excellent! The location is convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a family visit.

What a great place to be here. Very close to restaurants, dining or tourism. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll be back soon.

The hotel is very comfortableThe decoration is not to my taste but that is a very personal opinion., the staff is very helpful and always smiling. The swimming pool is very large and has a good temperature. Breakfast is plentiful with a good coffee machine
